1. Scope of Services

 

Business TV Channel provides YouTube advertising management, channel optimisation, growth strategy, and related digital marketing support services (“Services”). Services may include, but are not limited to:

• YouTube Ads setup and management

• Channel optimisation and SEO

• Audience growth strategies

• Video performance analysis

• Content recommendations

• Reporting and analytics

 

Business TV Channel does not guarantee specific subscriber numbers, views, revenue, or ranking positions.

 

2. No Guarantee of Results

 

Client acknowledges that digital marketing and YouTube performance are influenced by multiple external factors beyond the control of Business TV Channel. While we aim to improve channel performance and visibility, results are not guaranteed.

 

3. Platform & Algorithm Changes Client understands and agrees that:

 

• YouTube frequently updates its algorithms, policies, monetisation rules, and advertising systems.

• Such changes may positively or negatively impact channel growth, reach, engagement, or ad performance.

• Business TV Channel shall not be held liable for any losses, reduced performance, or unforeseen impacts caused by YouTube algorithm changes, platform updates, or policy modifications.

 

4. Channel Suspension, Termination, or Restrictions

 

Client acknowledges that YouTube retains full control over its platform and may:

• Suspend or terminate channels

• Remove videos
• Restrict advertising

• Disable monetisation

• Issue strikes or penalties

 

These actions can occur at any time and are outside the control of Business TV Channel.

 

Business TV Channel cannot and does not accept liability for:

• Channel bans or suspensions

• Video removals

• Monetisation loss

• Policy strikes

• Account restrictions

 

Responsibility for compliance with YouTube’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Advertising Policies remains solely with the Client.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

 

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and lawful content

• Follow YouTube’s policies and guidelines

• Avoid misleading, harmful, or prohibited material

• Maintain ownership and access credentials securely

 

Business TV Channel will not be responsible for issues caused by client-uploaded content, copyright violations, or policy breaches.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business TV Channel shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue or profits

• Loss of subscribers or engagement

• Platform penalties or bans

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Data loss or platform errors

 

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Services within the previous 30 days.

 

7. No Partnership or Ownership

 

Business TV Channel acts solely as a service provider.

We do not claim ownership, partnership, or control over the Client’s YouTube channel or content.

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

All channel content, branding, and media remain the property of the Client. Any materials created by Business TV Channel for the Client may be used in portfolios or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

9. Payment & Refunds

 

• Minimum Term of work contract is 6 months then will move to on-going 30 day rolling contract.

• All fees are due as agreed in the service contract or invoice.

• Payments are generally non-refundable once services have commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

10. Termination

 

Either party may terminate services with written notice as agreed in the service agreement. Outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

 

12. Acceptance

By engaging Business TV Channel services, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
